Welcome to EggsActly!
Hawaii artist Kent West creates one-of-a-kind artwork which perpetuates the ancient Ukranian folkart tradition of “Pysanky” on nature’s most basic and sculptural canvases, the egg.
Originally practiced in the Ukraine, and handed down for generations, Pysanky involves the meticulous dying of eggs with symbolic patterns and colors. And while Kent enjoys continuing the colorful complex Ukranian designs, he continues to hone his craft by developing contemporary custom patterns tailored to his clients’ tastes and lifestyles.
No two eggs are ever exactly the same. Each custom made egg is a unique and treasured keepsake that will last indefinitely and serve as heartfelt token of affection. They brighten any room, insist on being noticed, and love to be talked about.
Take the time to visit our website pages. Learn about the history and process, visit our Gallery, and then be inspired to have Kent design a custom egg for yourself or someone you love.
